SheWorksSolutions provides professional development services, career advancement programs, and workplace empowerment initiatives. All offerings are designed for women in South Africa and are delivered in English. Participation in any program does not guarantee employment, promotion, or specific career outcomes.
Programs are open to individuals who identify as women and are based in South Africa. Access to digital materials is granted upon successful registration and remains active for the duration stated in the program description. Sharing login credentials or materials with non-registered users is prohibited.
All course materials, guides, worksheets, and recorded sessions are the intellectual property of SheWorksSolutions. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without prior written consent. Personal notes taken during sessions are permitted for individual use only.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before a program start date are eligible for a full refund minus an administrative fee. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future session once. No refunds are issued after the program has begun.
Personal information collected during registration is used solely for program administration and communication. SheWorksSolutions does not sell or share participant data with third parties. Participants may request access to or deletion of their data at any time by contacting info@sheworkssolutions.com.
SheWorksSolutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in its programs. Participants are responsible for their own career decisions and actions taken based on program content. All programs are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind.
We protect the personal and professional information of every woman who engages with our programs. Our security framework is built on transparency, control, and proactive defence.
All participant records, assessment results, and career profiles are encrypted at rest and in transit. We apply role-based access so only authorised programme coordinators can view your information. Regular audits ensure compliance with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Every user account is protected by multi-factor authentication. You control what data you share and with whom. Session timeouts, login alerts, and device management tools give you visibility and command over your account at all times.
All financial transactions are processed through PCI-compliant gateways. We never store full card numbers or banking details on our servers. Payment pages are served over dedicated secure connections, and every transaction is logged for your review.
Our security team monitors systems around the clock. In the unlikely event of a breach, we follow a documented response plan that includes immediate containment, forensic analysis, and direct notification to affected users within 48 hours.
