These terms govern your access to and use of SheWorksSolutions services, including our career programs, coaching sessions, and digital resources. By using our platform, you agree to the conditions outlined below.
SheWorksSolutions provides professional development workshops, career coaching, and workplace empowerment initiatives for women in South Africa. All services are delivered as described at the time of booking or enrollment. We reserve the right to modify program content, schedules, or facilitators when necessary, with reasonable notice to participants.
You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to use our services in a respectful manner. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any misuse of our platform, including harassment of facilitators or other participants, may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
All materials provided during our programs—including workbooks, guides, videos, and templates—are the intellectual property of SheWorksSolutions. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell these materials without explicit written permission. Recording of live sessions is prohibited unless prior consent is obtained.
SheWorksSolutions provides guidance and educational content, but individual results depend on personal effort, circumstances, and external factors. We make no guarantees regarding career advancement, salary increases, or specific outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. If you cancel your enrollment more than 48 hours before a scheduled session, you may receive a credit toward future services. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. SheWorksSolutions reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, with full credit offered in such cases.
We may update these terms from time to time. Registered users will be notified of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
